Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2 business days unless otherwise noted in the listing. Processing times may vary slightly during holidays or periods of high order volume.
All jewelry is carefully packaged to ensure it arrives safely. Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be provided via email.
Shipping timelines provided by carriers are estimates and may be affected by delays outside of our control. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier once an order has been shipped.
Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the buyer cannot be replaced or refunded.
Signature Confirmation
For select high-value orders, signature confirmation may be required upon delivery. This helps ensure your jewelry arrives safely and protects both the buyer and seller.
Please ensure someone is available to receive the package, as the carrier may not leave the item without a signature.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Once an order has been marked as delivered by the carrier, it is considered fulfilled. If you believe your package has been lost or misdelivered, please contact the carrier directly using the provided tracking information.
We are happy to assist with carrier inquiries when possible, but we are not responsible for packages once they have been confirmed delivered.
