Due to the one-of-a-kind nature of our jewelry, we do not accept returns or exchanges. We provide detailed descriptions, measurements, and photographs so you can shop with confidence.
Exceptions are limited to items that arrive damaged in transit or in the rare event of an order error.
Any issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery and may require photo documentation. Items showing signs of wear, alteration, or damage after delivery are not eligible for refund.
